1. About these terms

The website is operated by ONESITE4U Technologies, Chennai, India. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information on this site

We work to keep the content accurate, but it is general information about our services, not an offer or a binding quote. Prices, timelines and scope are agreed only in a written proposal or contract. Concept demos on the site use sample data and are not client results.

3. The chat assistant and booking

The chat assistant gives pre-written answers to common questions; they are general information, not advice or a quote. A booked consultation is a free, no-obligation conversation. We may decline or reschedule bookings, and may limit access to our forms to prevent abuse.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or automated bulk requests.
• Don't try to disrupt the site, bypass its security or bot protection, or access systems you're not authorised to.

5. Intellectual property

The website's design, text, graphics and the ONESITE4U name and logo belong to ONESITE4U Technologies or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. (Client work is different: under our contracts, what we build for you belongs to you.)

6. Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites such as client projects and booking tools. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

7. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, or for decisions made on the basis of its content or the chat assistant's answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
